MONDAY

  1. 15 Mins to work up to a 10RM Front Squat.
  2. 15 Mins to work up to a 10RM Push Press.
  3. Every Minute For 10 mins, sprint 100m, take remainder of minute to make it back to starting line.
  4. 2 min ME (max effort) Hand Release Push Ups
    Rest 2 minutes
    2 min ME Situps
    Rest 2 minutes
    2 min ME HRPUs
    Rest 2 minutes
    2 min ME Situps

**Be sure to get a good warm-up in before starting this. Record your weights, pushups, and situps.

TUESDAY

  1. 15 min Skill Work
  2. 18 min AMRAP:
    10 KB Hang Squat Cleans
    15 Pullups
    20 Wall Balls

WEDNESDAY

  1. Split Jerk Work
  2. 7 x 2-position cleans + 1 push jerk
  3. 5 RFT:
    5 Squat Clean and Jerk
    15 Burpees

THURSDAY

  1. 15 min to establish 10RM Deadlift
  2. Stone Instruction
  3. 5 min EMOM: 2 stone-to-shoulder + 5 second hold at top
  4. Footrace – Outside next to Luce!
    Relay: 3 broad jumps, sprint to end of Luce and back

FRIDAY

  1. “Damn the Torpedoes”
    500m Row
    10 Pullups
    15 HRPUs
    20 Wall Balls
    25 Abmat Situps
    20 Wall Balls
    15 HRPUs
    10 Pullups
    500m Row
  2. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    Box Jumps
    Push Press
