Tuesday

  1. 15 min Skill Work
  2. 20 min AMRAP
    20 Goblet Squats
    20 KBS
    20 Knees-to-Elbows
    20 HRPUs

Wednesday

  1. Burgener Warm-Up
  2. 5 min of 3-position Snatch Practice
  3. 5 x 3 Squat Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats (no letting go of the bar, and also, work up to a heavy weight before beginning the 5 sets)
  4. 2 min – max set Push ups
    2 min Rest
    2 min – max set Sit ups

Thursday

  1. 5-4-3-3-2-2-1-1-1 Power Cleans (heavier each set)
  2. Mobilize & Stretch

Friday

  1. Rest & Stretch – PRT tomorrow
  2. HYDRATE!
