Tuesday

  1. 15 minutes to work up to heavy snatch
  2. Fran (21-15-9, Thrusters (95/65#) and Pullups)
    Rest 3-5 min
    1 min ME Burpees

Wednesday

  1. Burgener Warm-Up for Cleans
  2. 10 min to work up to heavy Hang Clean + Jerk
  3. 10 min AMRAP
    7 Hang Clean & Jerks
    Sprint to Half Court & Back

Thursday

  1. 15 min mobilization
  2. Crossfit Total: (7-8 minutes for each)
    1 RM Press
    1 RM Deadlift
    1 RM Squat
  3. For time:
    30 Sit-Ups
    30 strict pull-ups

Friday

  1. SPRING BREAK! or “Jason”
    100 Air Squats
    5 Muscle Ups
    75 Air Squats
    10 Muscle Ups
    50 Air Squats
    15 Muscle Ups
    25 Air Squats
    20 Muscle Ups
