Monday

  1. 3×5 Back Squat
  2. For time:
  • Run 800 meters
  • 30 Barbell Facing Burpees
  • 30 Hang Power Clean 135/95#

 

Tuesday

  1. 15 minutes of choice skill work (double unders, HSPU, HS Walks, MU, etc.)
  2. 7 Rounds:
  • In 2 minutes complete:
  • Run 200 meters
  • 7 Deadlift 335/225#
  • AMRAP Double Unders with remaining time
  • Rest 1 minute between rounds

 

 

Wednesday

No Class – Practice Parade

 

Thursday

  1. 3×3 Front Squat, across (same weight for all 3)
  2. 7 Rounds for time:
  • 7 C2B Pullups/2 Muscle Ups
  • 7 Push Jerks 155/105#
  • 7 Burpees

 

Friday

  1. “Elizabeth”
  • 21-15-9
  • Power Cleans 135/95#
  • Ring Dips
