    • 15 Overhead Squats (135/95#)
    • 800m Run
    • 15 Overhead Squats (135/95#)
    • 400m Run
    • 30 C2B Pull-ups

Tuesday

  1. 15 min Skill Work
  2. Death by Power Clean @ 65% of 1 RM
    1. if you do not make it to round 12, you owe max effort bar facing burpees until the 12 minute mark

Wednesday

No Class – Practice Parade

Thursday

  1. 10-8-6-4-2 Front Squat
  2. For time:
    • 50-40-30-20-10 Wall Balls
    • 100-80-60-40-20 Double Unders

No Class – Formal Parade
